Payment Policy
Although the returns policies for items sold and shipped by a Marketplace Seller may be different from Walmart’s return policies, we’ve set up certain minimum return standards to ensure a consistent customer experience. Review the following guidelines to confirm your return is eligible.

Most Marketplace items may be returned within 30 days, below are the exceptions:
Major Appliances (2 days):
Electronics (14 days):
- Computers
- Computer and video game hardware
- Printers (excluding 3D printers)
- Camcorders
- Digital cameras
- GPS units
- Digital music players
- Tablets
- E-readers
- Portable video players
- Drones
- Pre-paid and post-paid cell phones
Wireless Phones, Tablets, Laptops and other electronic devices: Before returning items on which you’ve saved personal information, erase this information completely by following manufacturer's instructions. Collectible or Luxury items (14 days):
- New and preowned apparel above $300
- Fine art
- Loose gems and gemstones
- Jewelry and watches above $300
- Collectibles (E.g., coins, stamps)
- Memorabilia
Refunds
Refunds issued for the following scenarios are subject to recharge if Walmart or the seller can verify delivery or frequent abuse.
- Lost items
- Wrong item returned
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Items that require age verification via a valid government issued identification, such as alcohol, may have a refund delay of up to ten business days if Walmart is unable to verify age or the customer is unable to receive their delivery.
Re-stocking fees
Please refer to the Marketplace Sellers Return Policy for details regarding refunds:
- See return details on the items listing page.
- Some sellers may have a possible restocking fee (up to 20%).
- For items greater than $600, it is recommended to insure the item prior to return shipping.
- International returns greater than $800 will not be refunded for Tax and Duty.
- You may reach out to a Marketplace seller directly regarding your order.
When you return an item shipped by a Marketplace seller to a store:
- We’ll send your return item back to the Marketplace Return Center for processing.
- Please allow up to two business days after dropping off your return at a store for tracking to be available.
- Once the Marketplace Return Center receives your return item, we’ll process the refund within two business days.
When you initiate a return for an item shipped by a Marketplace seller online or through Walmart Customer Care:
- We’ll process the refund when the carrier scans the return package.
- Please allow up to two business days for tracking information from the carrier to update on the carrier’s website.
